All participants will receive an invitation to the private workshop which takes place LIVE at 6pm on September 21st. You can video in from your kitchen or just observe as Garrett guides all of us in making this tasty treat from Sweet Beet Kitchen. Get feedback and support every step of the way by engaging in the chat or videoing in yourself!

We will begin the workshop with an Equinox ceremony guided by Kearsarge Food Hub board member Tara Mahady. We will then get to cooking while talking about how a nonprofit bakery can create critical connections in the community.

    • The éclair recipe
    • An invitation to the private virtual event
    • A recording of the event for later reference.
  • Celestial Ticket For $125 you will receive the full treatment:

This is a Kearsarge Food Hub fundraising event. Your participation helps build our capacity to support a vibrant local food system that works for people and planet. Learn how to make this tasty treat AND raise money for a good cause? What could be better!?

Although we can't gather physically, we can still use food as a means to transformation, connection and resilience during these trying times. We hope to see you at this unique event!
